Visiting the site. When you open a page, the servers hosting the site automatically receive technical data: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of access. We use this data to keep the site working, protect it against attacks and fix errors. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in having a secure, functional site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Email messages. If you write to me, including through the buttons and form on the contact page, I receive your name, email address and message content. I use them only to reply and for the discussion or collaboration you propose. The form on the site only opens your email app; the site stores nothing. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in replying to messages and, where applicable, steps before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

I use providers that process data on my behalf: Lovable (the platform hosting the site and recording technical data about how pages function, without cookies), Cloudflare (page delivery and protection against attacks) and Google Workspace (email at the @realtime.ro address). If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Technical data is retained by providers for short periods, according to their policies. I keep email messages for as long as needed for the discussion and any collaboration, then delete them.

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. It only uses two technical, strictly necessary cookies that do not require your consent: __cf_bm, set by Cloudflare to tell real visitors from bots (expires after 30 minutes), and __dpl, set by Lovable, the platform that hosts the site, to serve you a consistent version of the pages (expires after 24 hours). Your browser also keeps the page scroll position for the duration of your visit (in sessionStorage), so the Back button returns you to where you were; this data is cleared when you close the tab.

This site links to press articles, event organisers and social media profiles. When you open them, those sites’ privacy rules apply.

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
