In short
Ion Cătuțoiu has been an entrepreneur since 1995 and has practised business architecture since 2004. He founded RealTime in 2003 (RealTime Business Studio since 2015, a business architecture studio) and Rolemundi (2026), a public map of Romania’s world of work and how AI is changing roles. He speaks at conferences on business architecture, artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.
