In short
Business architecture means assessing and designing a company’s structure — roles, processes, decisions and data — before you scale or automate it. A company with the right structure grows predictably; one with an unbalanced, unoptimised structure simply gets bigger, at the risk of choking its own processes. I’ve been doing this since 2004.

A Business Architect designs how a company works: who decides, which processes exist, what data flows and how results are measured, so the company can grow and use AI without getting stuck.
Who do you work with?
Through RealTime Business Studio I work with founders and leadership teams.
How does a collaboration start?
With a first meeting where we look at how the company works today. At the end, RealTime Business Studio decides whether to take the project on and, if not, explains why.
