In short
I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1995: real estate consulting and development, hospitality consulting and development, a cosmetics start-up, software development, restructuring and analysis of non-performing bank loan portfolios, a content studio and, now, business architecture and roles in the world of work. Some businesses grew; others I left behind. They all taught the same lesson: structure decides how long a business lasts.
