Will AI take my job?
Rolemundi doesn’t make that kind of prediction. For each role it shows its capacity to adapt to AI (on a 0–100 scale) and the role’s trends. The score describes the role, not the person.
Where should a company start with AI?
With structure: clear roles, processes and data. Then choose the tools that accelerate what already works.
What is Rolemundi?
A free map of Romania’s world of work: roles grouped by industry, with the source of every figure. I founded it in 2026 as a RealTime Business Studio project.
